How to return a Paralenz product?

Returning the camera within 30 days (possible only if purchased directly via Paralenz webshop)

  1. Please contact Paralenz Support (support@paralenz.com) first 
  2. Include your order number, current shipping address and phone number
  3. If more than one products purchased, please specify what needs to be returned
  4. Paralenz Support will provide you with a prepaid return label
  5. Once the products have been received and inspected, we will provide a refund

Please note that:

  1. Only unused products will be fully refunded
  2. Refund can only be made for the same payment method as used for purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.)

Returning the product due to fault (for repair or replacement)

  1. Please contact Paralenz Support (support@paralenz.com) first 
  2. Include your full name, current shipping address, phone number, invoice/receipt from the authorized Paralenz reseller and serial number of the camera
  3. Include a description of the problem (we will first need to confirm that it cannot be troubleshooted) 
  4. Paralenz Support will provide you with a prepaid return label if needed
