Returning the camera within 30 days (possible only if purchased directly via Paralenz webshop)
- Please contact Paralenz Support (support@paralenz.com) first
- Include your order number, current shipping address and phone number
- If more than one products purchased, please specify what needs to be returned
- Paralenz Support will provide you with a prepaid return label
- Once the products have been received and inspected, we will provide a refund
Please note that:
- Only unused products will be fully refunded
- Refund can only be made for the same payment method as used for purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.)
Returning the product due to fault (for repair or replacement)
- Please contact Paralenz Support (support@paralenz.com) first
- Include your full name, current shipping address, phone number, invoice/receipt from the authorized Paralenz reseller and serial number of the camera
- Include a description of the problem (we will first need to confirm that it cannot be troubleshooted)
- Paralenz Support will provide you with a prepaid return label if needed
